The Scottish Government’s Police Scotland Strategy Team has launched a programme of engagement around the review of Strategic Police Priorities, the framework set by the Scottish Government outlining their expectations for both the Scottish Police Authority and Police Scotland.

The first stage of this is a pre-consultation programme of engagement and this will be followed in early 2016 by a formal consultation.

The Scottish Government want to know what is important for you and your stakeholders about policing in Scotland at both a community and at a national level.

The first stage is open to responses until 12th February 2016. Further information, including a short discussion paper and covering letter, can be found on the Scottish Government internet pages;
