Celebrate places as they have never been celebrated before in this totally immersive and unique event being held in the UK's oldest town, Colchester.

This inspirational two day event is brought to you in partnership with Colchester Borough Council, the Colchester Town Team and local community groups including Colchestersoup and Revive & Thrive and is sponsored by Blachere Illumination, PFM Footfall Intelligence and The Mosaic Partnership.

Each of the two days have compelling reasons to come along, network, learn, share and discover.  An exhibition and programme of workshops runs throughout the event, as do keynote speeches, panel discussions and guided tours of Colchester.

Day one sees the final of the 2016 Revive & Thrive Challenge for Places and on day two, businesses step up to the plate to pitch themselves in the 2016 Town Centre Solutions Challenge.

Running parallel to the rest of the packed agenda, Blachere Illumination will be busy deciding who walks away with the top prize in their £20,000 Christmas Lights Competition.

We have built the event to run over two days as there is a lot going on and a lot that everyone can take away from it, but the agenda is flexible enough that you can still learn a lot if you can only get there for either of the two days.

All of the winners will be announced at the end of the event and there will be a champagne reception on the evening of the first day of the conference.

The programme promises to give you an unforgettable experience that will leave you inspired and motivated to deliver amazing projects in your place.
