STP Funding Workshop 

STP along with key funding partners are set for another great Funding Workshop.  This time taking place in Edinburgh on 16th September 2015, the workshop looks to inspire and give confidence to attendees to apply for funding and make their project a reality! Jean Robertson, SLOG will present on the funding support available through your local authority, funding expert Michael McKernan, East Renfrewshire Council will look to inform and inspire with our funding partners providing top tips and forthcoming opportunities.

STP Funding Support Service

STP’s Funding Finder is the go-to place to source potential funding. Comprising nine categories, the Funding Finder provides easy to read information on current funding streams, highlighting where new funds have been announced and where application deadlines are looming.

STP Members can use our Funding Support Service too, a half day dedicated to finding the right fund for your project. Our team can help you identify the type and source of fund that can kick start or sustain your project. We can also connect our members with specialist funding consultants to help you complete the application process. Competition Time!

We have partnered up with GRANTFinder to offer five people a place on the Get Grant Ready e-learning course. All you have to do is, tell us in the Towns Forum what project(s) you want or have had funded, how this will or has benefitted your town, how you found the application process and your top tips for applying! Tell us your funding story to be entered into the prize draw. We'll draw the lucky winners at random on Friday 3rd July 2015.

Year on Innovation, Architecture and Design event fund now open!
A brand new £200,000 events fund created to develop activity to celebrate Scotland's achievements in innovation, architecture and design is now open and we are welcoming applications from the events and festivals sector across Scotland for grants of up to £20,000. 

Great British High Street Competition
There are 7 different categories and the competition want town teams, coastal teams, business improvement districts (BIDs), traders’ associations and retailers to get involved and shine the spotlight on why their village, town centre or coastal centre deserves to win. There is a cash prize up for grabs as well as a package of support from our partners, including mentoring, training and workshops.
