A demonstration of The Perth Card and a workshop which will explore how a Visa based program can be used within towns and cities both as a gift card and a visitor pass.

Miconex have been working with Perth and Kinross Council over the past few months to launch The Perth Card which is a prepaid Visa gift card created to help retain gift card spend in Perth and promote local businesses.

Joining them will be Hakan Hult from CBS City and Jon Sederqvist from Presend who will provide an overview of how these projects have been delivered in Scandinavia, profiling the most successful projects and the key factors that are required for success.

Anticipated outcomes for the day:

• Understanding of the Visa prepay infrastructure
• Understanding of the options for implementing this type of project
• Understanding of the key elements required for a successful project
