Consultation: Vacant Non Household Water and Sewerage Charges

Ministers recently launched a consultation on charging vacant non-household properties for water and sewerage services.

This consultation paper seeks views from customers, licensed providers who provide retail services and other stakeholders on aspects of vacant property charging - in particular:

- What are the key principles which should apply to charging of vacant properties; and

- When should any new arrangements take effect.

Any responses received will be used to inform decisions on the terms of vacant property charging.
