Inclusive Towns
Our towns are places of creativity and enterprise, where social and cultural interaction drives innovation and wealth-creation. Our towns also allow us to share resources and services. Their density means that shops, workplaces, leisure, culture and public services are near, and if we don’t actually live amongst them, they are still where public transport goes, and are accessible to the whole community. Through our partnership work, Scotland's Towns Partnership is encouraging new thinking and new approaches to deliver more inclusive and socially just towns across Scotland. From housing and business hubs to digital and low carbon, we are exploring just how towns create more shared wealth.
Sharing innovative project approaches and case studies, our invited speakers will illustrate the importance and impact of partnership and inclusion in our towns.
