Ceteris is looking to appoint a high calibre Managing Director to provide leadership at an exciting and challenging time as Clackmannanshire moves into a new post-Covid19 world.
Ceteris is a highly successful, profit making, social enterprise which provides business support to businesses in Clackmannanshire and Stirling with a turnover of c£2.5m and a permanent staff of 33. Ceteris supports economic growth through their provision of properties including serviced office accommodation, flexible working and hot desking areas and industrial units. They have a 97% satisfaction rate, with over 150 tenants across 17 sites. Ceteris also operated the Business Gateway contract in Clackmannanshire, providing support to 150 new and existing businesses annually.
