Each town/city that participates in the survey receives a free vacancy rate report providing invaluable context for their individual data. This easy-to-read report shows:

• Vacancy rate for the UK
• Vacancy rate for the UK in the previous quarter and comparative quarter last year
• Vacancy rate for each UK region
• Your vacancy rate and those of other towns in your region that have opted to share their vacancy rate with their region.
