Our session on 30 April will help you navigate through the delivery models for place development, from Town Teams to City-Led Partnerships, and Development Trusts to Improvement Districts. This practical session will discuss the models that will help to support community and business-led development of our towns, urban districts, villages and places.
We’ll also have expert support from Burness Paull LLP on getting the governance strategy right. This session is perfect for communities just starting out on the process with a ‘how-to’ guide, and also a refresher on what models are available for places and spaces (e.g. Voluntary organisation, SCIO, and Limited Company etc).
April’s session brings you -
- National context and case study presenters on delivery models,
- Expert guidance on governance strategy,
- Town surgeries - seek out solutions and ideas for your place,
- Exchange news and ideas with Scotland’s towns community of practitioners.
