Sustrans has recently launched their Scottish Workplace Journey Challenge which will run between 1 May - 31 May. The aim of the Challenge is to get as many people as possible commuting to work by walking, cycling, using public transport and lift-sharing. Journeys can be logged online, and anyone who works for an organisation in Scotland can take part.

Participants can compete in the Scottish Workplace Journey Challenge on their own or as part of a team. Participants can register on the Challenge website and start logging journeys to get on the leaderboard. The more journeys participants do by sustainable modes, the higher up the leader board they get.

The online tools provide detailed feedback and allows participants to interact with friends, colleagues and participants from other workplaces in Scotland. There are also a wide range of prizes on offer for individuals and groups.
