The Planning Awards, run by Planning magazine in conjunction with PlanningResource and PlacemakingResource, are open for entry. 

Submissions are invited across a range of categories, including infrastructure planning, stakeholder engagement and planning permission. A new category will reward outstanding masterplanning work. 

The awards incorporate the Placemaking Awards to reward excellence in professional planning work and related activities such as placemaking, urban design, economic development, housing, regeneration, legal advice and environmental consulting. 

The deadline for entries is 19 January 2017.
