The Scottish Government and COSLA have published an interim joint response to the publication of A New Future for Scotland's Town Centres by the TCAP Expert Review Group. 

The response articulates their support for the report's overarching aim to work with partners and communities to transform the future of town centres and signals their commitment to work collaboratively in shaping and implementing change locally.
