August 31, 2021 at 2:00pm - 3:30pm

STP's 2021 - 2022 CPD events will centre on the Town Centre Action Plan Review recommendations. In the second in our series, we focus on place based investment and will feature models for place delivery and funding. This practical session will update on Scottish Government's Place Based Investment Programme and discuss mechanisms that exist to support community and business-led development of our towns, urban districts, villages and places. We will also share general information about legal structure options for place managers. In the second part of the session, we showcase exemplars of different models in practice.
