Both within the UK and internationally, we are witnessing a speed of developing new products and brands faster than at any time in history. As the business demand for flexible and swift connectivity develops, so the imperative for speed can often outpace resilience and security. Already it is estimated that an average household in the UK has 7 mobile devices, with the concept of the internet of things meaning that never before have there been so many different items to consider or secure.

Faced with this ever-growing landscape of new devices, options and offers, how does a small to medium sized business know what will work? What will prove the best and most secure service? What will be sustainable 5 years or even a year from now and, crucially, where to go for that trusted advice?

The Scottish Business Resilience Centre is pleased to announce their forthcoming Trading Securely for Business Conference which will take place over a full day on Wednesday the 9th of March in Edinburgh. Working with close partners, NCC Group, the event will include a balance of networking opportunities and presentations and provide access to state of the art developments, showcase some of the best of new technical business in Scotland and share the plans for what a cyber resilient Scotland will look like in the years to come.
